In simple terms, we create family plans on the subscription platforms you need and we add your account to our family plans.
Yes. To join any of the family plans, you should have your unique account created on the platforms and we will invite you with your unique email.
You only need it for Netflix and Prime Video. All the platforms we support allow you to create your personal accounts and then GroupSub invites you to existing family plans with your unique and personal email which you have used to sign up on these various platforms.
No. As long as you do not share your personal password with anyone, no one will have access to your files or data.
GroupSub subscriptions are managed locally and once you miss your renewal payments, you will be removed from the family plans you were added to.

We would typically advise that you see your subscriptions through but if you need to terminate your subscription before time, you can simply send am email to [email protected] and we would remove your emails from our active family plans
At the moment, No. Once our family members spread to other countries, you would be the first to know. This is primarily because these platforms offer a different pricing structure for different regions globally.
We only create and distribute family plans. We have no direct support function on any of the platforms you are subscribed to.
For the platforms we support, once we send you an email invite, you would not need to add your card to any of these platforms anymore.
Yes. We process payments through Paystack, Flutterwave and other local payment service providers, and we do not hold or store any customer’s card information. If you choose to keep your subscription running, you can keep your card saved on the payment gateway and you will be auto-debited on renewal dates
This means we would be inviting someone else to the family in your place but not to worry, just send an email to [email protected] and confirm your correct details, then your correct email will be invited
For Netflix and Prime Video, you're advised to stream on only one device at a time to remain in the family plan. The other subscriptions have no device restrictions
